east-lake: Cedar Ave United (CAU) is a grassroots group dedicated to improving our neighborhoods and local commercial areas by reclaiming and redesigning Cedar Avenue in south Minneapolis. The need for this group arose out of concern by locals for increasingly heavy and dangerous traffic, lack of safe pedestrian crossings, unsafe cycling conditions and other severe environmental concerns.
