After a four-month investigation into a movie piracy ring by St. Paul police and a private investigator working for the Motion Picture Association of America, two people have plead guilty to felony counterfeited intellectual property infringement — the only adults to face that charge in Ramsey County in at least five years. Now investigators are searching for 'bigger fish' in what they believe is a larger-scale operation.
