This is a really big deal. Not only are banks passing up offers on houses and then selling the houses for even cheaper than the offers when the house goes into foreclosure, but this kind of tactic is dragging down home values in neighborhoods and trapping people in their houses. We should see a lot more investigation on this craziness.
