It’s been a very long, and a very boring, recount process for the MN Senate race between Al Franken and Norm Coleman.
To their credit, Secretary of State Mark Ritchie and the State Canvassing Board, the group in charge of reviewing the election, have gone out of their way to make the recount deliberate and transparent. Yes, that can be drawn out and boring, but ultimately effective.
